Vinayak Damodar Savarkar was a frontline fighter and a fierce nationalist leader of the Indian independence movement. He is often referred to as Swatantryaveer , Veer Savarkar . Great credit goes to Savarkar for developing the political ideology ( Hindutva ) of the Hindu nation . He was not only a fiery fighter of freedom struggle, but also a great revolutionary, thinker, accomplished writer, poet, brilliant orator and visionary politician.
